Our CLASS TIMES meets the demands of a busy lifestyle with several times and days to choose. The personal trainer is waiting everyday with a 
NEW 28 minute workout.   

28 minute workout
Once you arrive, select the fence, set the timer and get on your workout gloves. You do a few minute step up & stretch on the Rodeo Fence before beginning with the trainer and the rest of the group. 28 minute full body workout using the rodeo fence, dumbbells, resistant bands and body weights.  NO LONGER THAN 28 minutes is NEEDED FOR FAST RESULTS. *

Heart Monitor 
NO MORE GUESSING if you are LOSING FAT or Muscle.
When you arrive your PRE-PROGRAMMED Fit Zone monitor you wear picks up your heart rate to display on the TV for the trainer to monitor ensuring you BURN FAT for energy during the workout.  NO MORE GUESSING if you are LOSING FAT or Muscle.  After the workout your status including calories, duration & average heart is Automatically Emailed to YOU. * 

7 Modalities of Fitness
Every workout is different. You will be hitting upper & lower body strengthening. Combinations & all muscles groups are included.  You can count on a lot of cardio and abs conditioning.  You will be getting an overall healthy workout that includes flexibility & improving balance.

Vertical training is the science of stepping up & down during exercising. Reports show that 20 minutes is equivalent to 1 hour on a treadmill. Engages up to 600 muscles vs. regular workouts is 15 - 20.  Burns up to 500 calories in 30 minutes.  *
Team Work
You are NEVER working out alone, as you have a personal trainer and you can count on others to be in the group workout along side you. Every workout is specifically designed for Maximum Fat Loss. 
Do you offer group and private classes? 
YES, a 28 minute workout that repeats several times during business hours. 

How many people are in a group class?
Classes will range between 1 - 16 people. Because we are open 6 days a week and 40 hours of training the workouts are usually not full.

Will there be other beginners the gym?
Nobody has ever done the Rodeo Fence workouts so there is for sure always beginners in class. The veteran students are always eager to encourage you though.

Will you help me with my nutritional habits?
Not only do we cover nutrition tips in class, you can schedule a personal appointment with an instructor to cover your specific questions.

Will your rodeo workout help me tone up?
The combination of cardio, resistance training and proper diet (which we will help you with!) will help you to tone up very quickly.

How many classes per week should I attend?
We have classes 6 days a week so the amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule. Most of our members train about 1-3 times per week and see great results.

Why can't I just do some 'cardio' instead of this workout?
You sure can do cardio BUT, without the right amount of proper resistance training, you won't see the results you're looking for as quickly and effectively. Cardio can be an important part of a fat loss program but you need to develop lean muscle tissue to really turn your body into a fat melting machine. The only really effective way to do that is through resistance training, which is exactly what our rodeo workout does. We combine Cardio and Resistance training into one super fat-burning-muscle-sculpting-fun workout monitoring the FAT LOSS ZONE.*

Do I need to 'get in shape' before attend Cowboy Ryan's Gym?
NO, NO, NO ... Our classes are designed to allow our members to train at their own pace in 28 minutes while at the same time, giving the advanced clients the opportunity to challenge themselves.

How long do the rodeo workouts last?
Our classes last 28 minutes and that's all you need.

The minimum age to attend class is 13 years of age.

Are CowboysGym.com classes co-ed?
Yes! although most classes consist of about 99% females, anyone is welcomed to workout with us!

Yes, you get an all inclusive, all access membership. This is a key benefit.
